Participants will learn through meditations, awareness activities, sharings and story along with everyday tools for navigating life and relationships. These are teachings for radical personal sovereignty.
Beauty Shield work blends ancient practices with modern insights, offering a holistic approach to self-care and keeping in good relation with yourself, others and the earth. This workshop empowers individuals to embrace a radiant, clear and balanced life and is the foundation for the other workshops in this series.
